Our Story
I am Stephanie Lichtenstein the President and Founder of Micro Media Marketing and would love to share our company story with you. Many industry people know me better as @MicroSteph but that is a different Micro story. In 2007, I was captivated by the world of online and affiliate marketing. My first role in the industry was as an affiliate manager in Miami, FL. While managing Internet Retailer Top 500 affiliate programs I became intrigued with marketing them online through social media. So I went on to open the social media department as well as continue running affiliate management and take on sales for the local division of Andy Rodriguez Consulting.
A couple years later I made a public post announcing that I would be moving on to New York City which received an overwhelmingly positive response. The City had everything I wanted and more: energy, innovation, and technology abounding. Since being in New York City, I focused on the niche of social media for affiliate marketers and merchants. Since then my focus has been working with e-commerce clients as well as hispanic brands mainly out of Miami, FL. Micro Media Marketing has been growing strong but let's take a step back and see how this venture began to form itself.
Where did Micro Come From?
Many people in the online marketing industry know me better as: @MicroSteph. This name actually began when affiliate marketers: Missy Ward, Connie Berg, and Lisa Picarille started to nickname me Lil' Steph.

As an active member of the community and strong advocate against the advertising tax the Performance Marketing Association contacted us for a special project. Time in the fight against the advertising tax was against us but we ran a successful grassroots campaign through social media. This passion grew to working with other affiliate marketing companies. In the affiliate marketing world, I see a lot of marketers misusing social media or not having enough time to dedicate to it. This is how I formed Micro Media Marketing.
